was born Nov. 21, 1946, at Bloomington, Illinois, a son of Francis and Margaret Weber.
Michael attended Trinity High School in Bloomington and graduated from St. Francis Seminary, Cincinnati. He attended Duns Scotus College, Detroit, and graduated in 1969 from Illinois State University with a major in psychology. Mr. Weber also did graduate work at ISU.
He worked in the Illinois Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities and was a director at Lincoln State School in Lincoln.
Later, Michael was deputy superintendent of the Regional Center for Developmentally Disabled at Oakland, California.
He started two residential homes for developmentally disabled adults in San Leandro, California.
Michael died at 4 p.m. Saturday (March 6, 1993) at Kaiser Hospital, San Francisco.
