A number of nice hotels are within 10 minutes of the seminary property.  The bad news is that many of them are booked up June 22-24, but the good news is that Bro. David Crank has contracted with Woodfield Suites to get a block of rooms for $20 less than the best price you could get otherwise.  Our cost for a one-room suite is $79 per night.  This is a first class hotel located about 7 miles from the former St. Francis Seminary, right off I-75 about a half-mile south of I-275.  It has a huge indoor pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, spacious lounge with big screen TV, continental breakfast buffet, free evening cocktails, and more.  There is a limited number of rooms at this rate and they're only being held for our group until June 1st.  To make a reservation, call (513) 771-0300 and ask for the group rate for "Franciscan Alumni."  The hotel address is 11029 Dowlin Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45241.

Weather permitting, the Saturday dinner will be served about 6 pm in the semi-wooded area to the left of the gym, in the vicinity of the gazebo that was built in honor of Fr. Aubert Grieser.   If weather is unfavorable, the dinner will be served in the former locker room below the gym.

Saturday Mass will be in the seminary chapel.  Fr. Fred Link, St. John Baptist Provincial Minister, will be the main celebrant if his schedule permits.  Additional priests are invited to assist Fr. Fred at the altar.  The music for Mass will be a mixture of Spanish and English hymns representing both SJB and Our Lady of Guadalupe Province.

Cost: CHEAP!  Just $10 for Friday, including food, drinks and snacks.  On Saturday, it's $15 for supper, drinks and snacks.  The meal will be catered on Saturday.  What about your family and other guests?  Bring them!  They get a special deal--$5 for Friday and $8 for Saturday.  If by some miracle we wind up in the black, any proceeds will help support the alumni association newsletters, website and Franciscan charities.
